Taco your Tasks seriously🌮

Students in alternative education programs often build discipline without recognition. Taco Task exists to celebrate students who demonstrate initiative, follow-through, and exceptional task completion energy. Each state selects one Taco Task Fellow. Each Fellow earns recognition — and a taco celebration for their classmates.

What do Taco Task Students do?

Task Completion
🌮

When others stall, Taco Task Fellows execute.
Deadlines are met, assignments are finished, and responsibilities are handled without drama.

Taco Task recognizes students who quietly keep things moving.
The ones who finish the assignment, carry the group project, and bring structure where chaos tries to take over.

What educators say

Amanda Hinson, Homeschooler

I’ve always believed in intrinsic motivation, but recognition still matters. When students receive acknowledgment from teachers and peers—or even something simple like a treat—it can be a powerful motivator for learners of all ages.

Franki Coit, Art Teacher

My students meet digitally from across the country. Taco Task made it possible for our classroom to work toward a goal together, and eating tacos long distance was a special treat!
